Beginning its journey in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers,
we took a bold step forward in 2005 by venturing into the
production of compounds through its proprietary facilities.
Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a
suburb of Shenzhen. In 2014, the company celebrated a remarkable revenue of $19.8
million, affirming its position as China's foremost manufacturer
and distributor in the domain of Thermoplastic Elastomers.
Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon
is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardness Varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the
production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D
engineers and a well equipped Lab..Sungallon has set itself
amissionto partnering with customers in joint developing tailor
made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety
requirements.
Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001,
ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. Our
manufacturing processes adhere to various Restricted Substance
Standards, and we have meticulously designed our production
facilities to avoids cross-contamination of material.
we employ third party testing organisations such as SGS,UL-STR or
lntertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 or customer's
RSS.
Although we are a Chinese company, we do have a global perspective
and support customers outside China through our export sales desk
and distributor network.
