Thermoplastic Elastomers.
Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers,Sungallon
progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities
in 2005.
Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan a
suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$,
Sungallon is one of the largest produce and distributors of
Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.
Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon
is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the
production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D
engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself
amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor
made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety
requirements.
Sungallon has achieved certification in accordance with ISO 9001,
ISO 14001 standards, as well as multiple OEM specifications. As a
certified supplier for leading toy manufacturers, we adhere to
multiple standards that limit the use of certain substances. Our
production facilities are engineered to prevent any intermixture of
materials, ensuring the integrity and safety of our products.
We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR,
or Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM
F963 and our customers' specific RSS.
Although we are a Chinese company, we do have a global perspective
and support customers outside China through our export sales and
distributor network.
